“I also do casual cover for a Nursery in Worthing, as well as still being a mummy to 3!”
Do you have any hobbies/interests that run alongside your role at Class Of Their Own?
“I like spending time with my family and friends and have a busy life with my children’s hobbies of football and dance.”
What made you want to join Class Of Their Own?
“I’ve always enjoyed working with children and the job fits perfectly alongside being a mum, as all my children have gone through Class Of Their Own over the years.”
What makes you stay at Class Of Their Own?
“I love my team and my job and I’ve progressed so much and worked hard to become an Assistant Club Coordinator and Cover Club Co-ordinator. Also, the timings work perfectly for me and my family. The fact that my children have been able to attend the Club has also been beneficial”
How have you changed/developed since being at Class Of Their Own?
“I have become an Assistant Club Co-ordinator and Cover Club Co-ordinator, I have completed my NVQ Level 3 in Playwork which I am so grateful to the company for supporting me with. Being put forward for this qualification has helped my confidence greatly and helped me to progress both at Class Of Their Own and in my other roles”
What is your favourite part of the job and why?
“It has to be giving the children such a great play experience and making them happy. I also love the fact that every day is a different challenge plus I love my Club and team!”
Would you recommend Class Of Their? If so, why?
“I certainly would and in fact I already have! I recommended the role to another dance mum and she is now an integral part of our team and absolutely loving it too. It’s a great job with lots of reward”
